5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to product photography, model images, artistic illustrations, platform architecture, program design, page layout, design templates, trademarks, and other marks or information, is the intellectual property of the Company or the relevant rights holders and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and fair trade laws.
